Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating an outstanding learning environment where students can thrive and achieve beyond expectations.
  • Monitoring student progress and implementing effective strategies to improve achievement, retention and progression.
  • Leading quality assurance processes and driving improvement through self-assessment and quality improvement planning.
  • Working collaboratively to develop and implement an innovative and responsive Maths curriculum.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to maximise student outcomes and value for money.
  • Using student feedback to shape and improve the learning experience.
  • Building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and prepares students for their future careers.
What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate leader who combines educational excellence with a commitment to helping students succeed.

You will bring:
  • Successful teaching experience and a strong understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Experience of leading, coaching or managing teams to improve quality and student outcomes.
  • Strong curriculum planning and quality improvement skills.
  • The ability to use performance data to drive improvement and support student success.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and developing others.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive difference to learners' lives.
Employee benefits include:
  • Generous annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holidays & additional leave purchase scheme
  • Access to free training & continuous professional development
  • A bespoke package of intensive induction and probation support
  • Flexible working policy and a commitment to employee wellbeing
  • Discounts in the Aylesbury Day Nursery & Aylesbury Hair & Beauty (HAB) Salon)
  • 24/7 access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
