Job summary

GSL Education South Yorkshire are recruiting a Mathematics Teacher to work in Doncaster. Immediate start with flexible full-time/part-time day-to-day or long-term placements, delivering engaging Maths lessons and building numeracy confidence.

The role requires QTS or equivalent, strong maths knowledge, DBS on the update service, and the ability to plan, assess, and manage a class. Competitive daily rate up to £220 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum is essential.
• Previous experience teaching Mathematics.
• Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across relevant key stages.
• Explain numerical and abstract concepts using clear examples and appropriate methods.

GSL Education South Yorkshire Branch are recruiting knowledgeable and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to work with vibrant schools in Doncaster. We are seeking qualified educators who can explain mathematical concepts clearly, challenge learners appropriately, and create lessons that strengthen numerical fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver structured and engaging lessons across the Mathematics curriculum, helping students build strong foundations while developing the confidence to tackle increasingly complex concepts.

Math Teacher Responsibilities:
