Job summary

The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is recruiting a Perinatal Safety Improvement Programme Project Officer to join the Leicester Maternity & Neonatal team. You will oversee multiple projects within the four workstreams of the Maternity & Neonatal Improvement Plan and report to the board.

• Project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, AgilePM) or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• Experience using project management software, ideally Monday.com, to manage NHS projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects within the four workstreams of the Maternity & Neonatal Improvement Plan.
• Prepare reports for Board and other governance bodies.
• Provide leadership and coordination support to the Maternity & Neonatal Services Improvement Programme and its workstreams.
