Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Midwife to lead clinical informatics within the Maternity EPR programme. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimising the maternity EPR, ensuring clinical workflows, safety and reporting needs are met.

You will educate staff on the Maternity Information System and develop a robust training plan to minimise errors.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical informatics experience in maternity or perinatal care.
• Ability to design, implement and optimise EPR configurations.
• Experience in training staff on clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for maternity EPR integration.
• Lead safe implementation and adoption of the Maternity Information System.
• Develop and deliver a training plan for all staff using the EPR.
• Collaborate with CNIO and Digital Matron to enhance digital solutions.
