Job summary

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to shape and deliver digital initiatives across the North West London Acute Provider Group. You will lead clinical systems and EPR-enabled change, ensuring safe, high-quality implementations and improved adoption for patients and staff.

You will collaborate with executive leaders, clinicians, operational teams and suppliers to redesign care pathways, embed continuous improvement and drive sustainable benefits

Qualifications

• Masters-level qualification in digital or allied field is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification or evidence of recent professional development is required.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-organisation digital transformation programmes and act as a key business partner for APG trusts.
• Oversee design, implementation and optimisation of clinical systems and EPR-enabled change to deliver measurable benefits.
• Chair and facilitate stakeholder groups and provide clear assurance and progress reports to governance forums.
