Job summary

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Midwife to provide clinical leadership for the maternity EPR programme, liaising between maternity teams and the digital programme to design, implement, optimise and adopt the EPR, ensuring workflows, documentation, safety and reporting are reflected.

Working with clinical, operational and digital colleagues, the postholder translates maternity requirements into digital solutions, supports training, testing and user engagement, and champions

Qualifications

Lead digital EPR implementation in maternity

Champion digital transformation for patient safety and efficiency

Responsibilities

Lead clinical safety assurance throughout implementation
Support go-live optimisation and benefits realisation
Collaborate with CXIO and Digital Matrons to deploy best technology
Identify system developments to support clinical and administrative practice
Ensure documentation and reporting reflect clinical workflows and safety standards
