Job summary

The Isle of Man Safeguarding Board is seeking an Administrator for a limited term maternity cover to join the small, dynamic Business Team. You will handle meeting coordination, invoicing, general administration, and minute-taking where required.

Join a team safeguarding across the island with a focus on supporting the Director of Multi-agency Safeguarding, a Business Manager, and a Learning and Development Officer.

Qualifications

• Proven organisational ability with attention to detail.
• Experience providing administrative support in a busy team.
• Aptitude for minute-taking and meeting logistics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience processing invoices and assisting with procurement.

Responsibilities

• Organise meetings and maintain calendars for the Business Team.
