The Isle of Man Safeguarding Board is seeking an Administrator for a limited term maternity cover to join the small, dynamic Business Team. You will handle meeting coordination, invoicing, general administration, and minute-taking where required.
Join a team safeguarding across the island with a focus on supporting the Director of Multi-agency Safeguarding, a Business Manager, and a Learning and Development Officer.
This role is a limited term appointment covering maternity.

You’ll be part of a team that plays a vital role in safeguarding across the island. The Business Team supports the Board and includes the Director of Multi-agency Safeguarding, a Business Manager, and a Learning and Development Officer. In this role, you'll take ownership of key tasks such as organising meetings, processing invoices, providing essential administrative support and assisting with meeting administration, including minute-taking where required.
