Light & Wonder in the United Kingdom is seeking a Material Planner to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time. You will own demand forecasts, analyse data from historical demand, sales and operations to guide purchasing and stocking decisions. Working at our Chadderton site four days a week, you’ll partner with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales to align plans with operational needs and drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory management.

Formación

• Experience in material/inventory planning or similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting tools.
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate insights clearly.
• Knowledge of S&OP, forecasting and inventory management.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain demand forecasts using historical demand, inventory, sales and operations data.
• Prepare inventory reports and ageing analyses.
• Analyse demand patterns and translate data into actionable recommendations for inventory decisions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes of variances.
• Identify stock shortages, excess inventory and demand risks and propose actions.
• Develop planning reports, dashboards and KPIs for stakeholders.
