Job description

About The Job

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our busy, friendly and talented Cleaning Team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the team is consistently maintaining standards throughout their shift, regulating their knowledge and awareness of the business needs at all times.

This key role requires a keen eye for detail and a dedication to achieving the highest levels of quality at all times. Ideally you will have some previous experience within a similar role and be able to manage your team effectively, to ensure that all areas within your remit are sparkling! Using your excellent communication skills you will maintain open communication channels with all members of the team, listening, asking the correct questions, gaining insight and reacting to any issues that may arise.

This position covers our East Midlands and Nottingham Games Workshop sites, including East Midlands Gateway and the Lenton Head Office. Therefore, travelling is an essential part of this role as all sites will need to be visited on a weekly basis. Bus routes are available however, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle will be beneficial.

Do you have what it takes to ensure Games Workshop is a clean and safe place for our visitors and staff to enjoy? If you are conscientious, reliable and are happy to take on the challenge of ensuring a clean environment for others, we want to hear from you!

This is a full time role, working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 till 19:00

Working at Games Workshop

At Games Workshop we are looking for people who will do their best to understand the needs of the company and to put those needs first when they are at work. Because of this we believe that what you are like, hence the attitude you show to work and the way you choose to behave is even more important than your skills and experience.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive

  • 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays)
  • matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%
  • profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets)
  • option to join our Share Save scheme.

Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
