Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Material Handler to ensure the efficient movement and handling of materials within our ISC. You will report to a Production Supervisor and work at our Southend location, supporting productivity and customer satisfaction.

You will pick, receive, inspect, and store materials, organise inventory, and prepare shipments while following health and safety standards and using warehouse management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling or warehouse environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
• Desirable logistics or supply chain knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking materials/components, delivering to the relevant department.
• Receive, inspect, and record materials as they arrive at the facility.
• Organise and maintain inventory in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and package materials for shipment to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
