Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technician ISC at our Southend-on-Sea site to support the Integrated Supply Chain. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep production and distribution processes running efficiently and meet quality standards.

You will report to a Supervisor, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold health and safety standards while driving continuous improvement across TPM and OEE initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or maintenance role within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently.
• Technical certification or a relevant degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment through TPM to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) by monitoring parameters and metrics.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency while ensuring high quality standards.
• Uphold health and safety standards, promote safe working practices, and utilize continuous improvement tools to drive performance enhancements.
