Job summary

Heroux-Devtek is seeking a Material Handler at our Nottingham site to support the MP&L team. You will handle goods from receipt through to production supply and despatch, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all material movements.

The role requires strong stock control, attention to detail, and the ability to work with ERP/MRP systems and warehousing software. A proactive, collaborative approach will help meet production needs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong stock control and inventory management knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, H&S, and quality standards.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, safe working environment.
• Safely load/unload deliveries using appropriate equipment.
• Receive, verify, and store incoming goods with accurate documentation.
• Pick, issue and deliver materials to production per manufacturing plan.
• Prepare, pack and despatch finished goods with complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate ERP/inventory transactions and stock records.
