Job Title: Master Technician – Nissan Dartford

Salary: £ Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The Role

As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting one of our popular brands in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player familiar with operating within set processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential (training provided)
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPad software

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance on all vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• Conduct MOT testing (if qualified)
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
• Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians
• Contribute to process improvements
