Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Kiosk Attendant / Retail Service Team Member for Etihad Stadium. You will deliver top-quality retail catering services, working on matchdays in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages at concession areas.
• Take orders, input into EPOS, and process payments.
• Assist customers with self-service units.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Restock concessions and display products attractively.
• Keep units clean and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Follow compliance requirements including Challenge 25 and allergens.
• Provide friendly service and resolve queries promptly.
• Collaborate with team to meet service targets.
• Assist with concession setup and close-down.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Uphold brand standards and create memorable experiences.
