Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Retail / Kiosk Section Manager at Etihad Stadium. You will lead a designated retail area, coach teams, and ensure top service, food safety and operational efficiency during busy matchdays and events.

You’ll work closely with Head of Retail and Culinary teams to deliver an outstanding fan experience, while driving profitability and maintaining compliance across all kiosks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading teams within a high-volume hospitality, retail or event environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence.
• Good knowledge of food safety, health & safety and compliance standards.
• Experience managing stock, wastage and operational controls.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective operational decisions.
• Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated area of retail concessions and coach teams to deliver high service standards.
• Provide on-the-job development and pre-event briefings for staff.
• Maintain appearance, conduct and recruitment support as needed.
• Drive guest experience with fast, friendly service at events.
• Monitor food quality, stock levels and operational timings across kiosks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Support promotions, efficiency and profitability initiatives.
