Job summary

Eastlands Venue Services Limited, the hospitality partner for Etihad Stadium, is seeking a Bartender to deliver great drinks and friendly, efficient service during busy events and standard shifts. You will work behind the bar, mix cocktails as needed, serve beers and soft drinks, and collaborate with bar and floor teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks
• Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation
• Ensure correct bar setup and close-down procedures
• Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times
• Use equipment safely and correctly
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
• Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required
• Be flexible and supportive during event and high-volume shifts
