Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 season, covering matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast‑paced catering environment.

You will lead a hospitality team, ensure exceptional service, adhere to food safety and health & safety procedures, and actively contribute to guest satisfaction with a proactive mindset.

• Experience in a Hospitality, bar or catering venue.
• Team player and confident in managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
• Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
• Completing relevant documentation as required by the company.
• Reporting staff potential to the fixed Hospitality management team, to aid in supporting their progression.
• Adhering to Food Allergens process and procedures.
• Confident and good knowledge to assist guests with queries alongside resolving any issues.
• Leading and motivating a team, whilst driving a great guest experience and maintaining high service standards.
• Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.

We currently have an opportunity for Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club.

This opportunity will be to join the team for the 2026/27 Football Season. With the opportunity to work at Matchdays and Non matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service
