Job summary

Sodexo Live! is hiring Chefs to join the team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 season. You will work on matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast, innovative catering facility, delivering high standards of food service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef required
• Basic Food hygiene knowledge (Level 2)
• Flexible working patterns
• Good attention to detail
• Presentable appearance for kitchen and public spaces
• Adaptable for multi-function areas

Responsibilities

• Food to be prepared and served according to spec.
• Preparations to be kept clean and tidy.
• Complying to high levels of food preparation, production and presentation within the Stadium.
• Adhere to safety guidelines when using equipment.
• Adhering to company standards and policies.
• Working with the Head & Executive chef to ensure food service standards are meeting their expectations.
• Always Adhering to Food Safety alongside Health & Safety procedures.
• Supporting in minimising wastage
