Perfect Placement is representing a leading automotive dealer group in Cheltenham for a Master Vehicle Technician position. This opportunity offers complex diagnostics, warranty work, and EV repairs, with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards in a busy dealership environment.

Qualified candidates will hold NVQ Level 3 or IMI equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have proven diagnostic experience, and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or IMI equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Vehicle Technician, with exposure to complex diagnostics and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out complex diagnostic, warranty, and repair work on vehicles.
• Performing EV work and hydraulic repairs in line with manufacturer standards (if qualified).
• Using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve challenging faults.
• Assisting and mentoring Apprentice Vehicle Technicians and less experienced colleagues.
• Supporting the team to maintain high work quality in a busy dealership environment.
• Ensuring all work complies with industry safety standards and manufacturer procedures.

We are representing a leading automotive dealer group seeking a Master Vehicle Technician to join their reputable franchise dealership in Cheltenham. Duties of a Master Vehicle Technician:

Requirements of a Master Vehicle Technician:
