Qualifications

• Qualified Master Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve faults to minimise downtime and support colleagues.
• Complete warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns.

Duties:

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Performing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently to minimise vehicle downtime
• Supporting and mentoring workshop colleagues, sharing technical expertise
• Completing warranty repairs and manufacturer campaigns
• Ensuring all work is performed safely, accurately, and to high standards
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism

Requirements:

• Qualified Master Vehicle Technician with a Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in complex diagnostics and repairs across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and support less experienced technicians
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Full UK driving licence
