ASI Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Diagnostic Technician Programme in Sittingbourne. This role offers a structured development path from Vehicle Technician to Diagnostic Technician with manufacturer training and hands-on workshop experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am–4:30pm, with no weekend work. Expected starting salary is £38,000 with potential to reach £50,000 OTE through performance bonuses and progression within a busy main dealer.

Formación

• Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification.
• Solid workshop experience.
• Interest in diagnostics and modern vehicle technology.
• Ambition to keep learning and progress technically.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and developing fault-finding ability.
• Working on increasingly complex repairs as skills develop.
• Completing manufacturer training and technical development.
• Working alongside experienced technicians and diagnostic specialists.
• Progressing towards a fully-fledged Diagnostic Technician position.

Salary and Benefits

• £38,000 basic salary to start
• £1,000 average monthly bonus
• £50,000 OTE
