Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join a premier franchised main dealer in Kettering. You will service vehicles, perform recall updates, warranty repairs, and diagnostics to the brand's standards.

The role offers a 35k-45k base salary, uncapped monthly productivity, on-site parking, and a strong training path including EV/Hybrid accreditation to Master Tech status.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served credential).
• Experience in a dealership or fast-paced garage focused on quality and repair efficiency.
• DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is a strong asset, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing to high brand standards.
• Carry out official warranty repairs and recall updates.
• Diagnose faults and perform brand diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a modern vehicle lineup with quality and efficiency.
