Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is assisting a premier franchised main dealership in Lincoln to recruit a dedicated Vehicle Technician. You will perform manufacturer servicing, recalls, warranty maintenance and fault diagnosis across a modern vehicle lineup in line with brand guidelines.

Salary £35,000–£45,000 DOE with an uncapped monthly productivity scheme, 28 days holiday, pension, staff vehicle lease schemes and free on-site parking. Training includes EV/Hybrid accreditation and a Master Tech path.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served equivalent.
• Experience in franchised dealership or fast-paced workshop with emphasis on quality and efficiency.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools; DVSA MOT Tester accreditation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturer-scheduled servicing, recall work and official warranty maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out diagnostics across a modern vehicle lineup to brand guidelines.
