Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Master Technician for a busy main dealer workshop in Solihull. The role requires Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance, strong diagnostic expertise, and a Full UK Driving Licence. Master Technician status or equivalent accreditation is required. Overtime and uncapped bonus are included.

The successful candidate will lead advanced diagnostics, carry out complex repairs, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining workshop productivity and quality standards.

Looking for a Master Technician role offering £39,000–£45,000 basic, £55,000+ OTE, uncapped bonus and paid overtime?

We are recruiting for an experienced Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership workshop in Solihull. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have strong advanced diagnostic experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation is required.

Bonus: Uncapped

Additional Pay: £125 per month uplift for MOT-qualified Technicians

Hours: Full Time | Paid overtime including Saturdays

• MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
