The role offers £39,000–£45,000 basic, £55,000+ OTE, uncapped bonus and paid overtime, with 31 days holiday, a company pension and staff discounts. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification and have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation.
• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
• Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced diagnostics and fault-finding.
• Carry out complex repairs and technical work.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work.
• Work closely with the Workshop Controller to maintain productivity.
• Complete accurate job cards and technical reports.
• Support workshop quality standards and other Technicians where required.

Looking for a Master Technician role offering £39,000–£45,000 basic, £55,000+ OTE, uncapped bonus and paid overtime?

We are recruiting for an experienced Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership workshop in Solihull. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have strong advanced diagnostic experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation is required.

Location: Solihull

Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 Basic

OTE: £55,000+

Bonus: Uncapped

Additional Pay: £125 per month uplift for MOT-qualified Technicians

Hours: Full Time | Paid overtime including Saturdays
