Qualifications

• UK Certificate of Competency – Master’s Unlimited or Master 3000gt (Categorised Waters) is required.
• Valid ENG1 certificate.
• Ability to achieve Southampton and Cowes Pilot Exemption Certificates.

• Lead the crew to ensure safe, efficient operation of the vessel.
• Maintain onboard records and training requirements to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers, maintaining high service levels.
