Haringey Council's Children’s Services invites an organised and proactive MASH Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and business support to safeguarding and social care operations. You will manage document control, data entry, meeting coordination and minute taking, working with colleagues, managers and partner agencies to keep services efficient and deadlines met.

• Experience delivering high-quality business support or administrative services.
• Experience in complex, regulated or public sector environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and business support to Safeguarding & Social Care within the MASH team.
• Deliver document management, data entry, meeting coordination and minute taking.
• Collaborate with colleagues, managers and partner agencies to ensure services run efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Ensure information is managed accurately and continuous service improvement is pursued.
