IG Group is seeking a hands-on MarTech Lead to own the marketing data stack, driving the SFMC to Braze migration and building a trusted data platform. You will work across 40+ tools, ensuring data parity, quality, and AI-enabled workflow automation.

Strong SQL, Python, and BigQuery skills are essential, with a focus on practical data engineering over pure project management. The role demands technical ownership of data integrations, performance measurement, and a proactive stance on data

Qualifications

• Lead the Marketing Tech data stack with hands-on data engineering and automation.
• Translate business goals into implementable data plans and validation checks.
• Own platform migrations and data integration across marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the SFMC → Braze migration plan, data validation, and cutover strategy.
• Define and implement the source of truth data architecture and schema decisions.
• Diagnose data quality issues and automate repetitive MarTech tasks using AI tooling.
