Job summary

Welcome Pickups is seeking a MarTech Manager to own the data backbone connecting customer data to Braze, HubSpot, and related tooling. You will bridge Commercial and Product teams, build and maintain data pipelines, and ensure clean data and reliable audiences for marketing campaigns.

The role focuses on data pipelines, platform administration, and collaboration with CRM and Product to implement tooling decisions and automate workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRM/marketing technology, growth or lifecycle operations, or technical product management.
• Hands-on with Braze, HubSpot, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud and audience tooling.
• Strong understanding of customer data and data-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the data pipelines and platform administration behind Commercial's marketing tech stack.
• Define identity resolution, consent, and suppression logic for marketing data flows.
• Build and maintain the activation layer for customer attributes and audiences.
