• Experience with data-heavy environments and collaboration with tech teams.

• Lead optimization strategies across balance sheet, liquidity, leverage, and capital.
• Drive collateral, liquidity, and risk-adjusted resource optimization initiatives.
• Develop data-driven tools and analytics to scale solutions with AI where possible.
• Partner with FICC & Equities desks to optimize liquidity value and operations.
• Review portfolios and collaborate with vendors to align internal and external roadmaps.
