The Marketplace Manager oversees go-to-market strategies with brand partners across platforms like eBay, Bol, Otto, Allegro, Zalando, and others. This full-time, hybrid role is based in London or Munich.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Building and maintaining relationships with platform partners.
  2. Serving as a marketplace expert.
  3. Driving operational excellence and financial performance.
  4. Developing marketplace selling strategies.
  5. Collaborating with eCommerce, Operations, and Advertising teams.
  6. Working with technical teams to prioritize development and reporting.
  7. Planning long-term marketplace growth and creating playbooks.
  8. Continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with European marketplaces like Bol, Otto, Zalando, Allegro.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Motivated, resilient, and outcome-focused.
  • 2-5 years in ecommerce.
  • European language skills preferred.
  • Degree 2:1 or higher.
