Job summary

JD.com in London is seeking an Account/Technical Operations role responsible for the ISV/integrator layer powering the marketplace. You connect between the business and engineering teams to ensure integrations are built, rolled out, and operated reliably at scale.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, drive API onboarding, UAT, go-live, and ongoing support, while collaborating with R&D, Platform Engineering, and CS to maintain quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yrs in technical operations, platform/product operations, or systems integration.
• Comfortable with APIs, data models, integration workflows and reading technical specs.
• Experience with ISV/integrator integrations (ERP/OMS/CRM) is beneficial.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into buildable technical specs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of data errors and integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure and prioritize business requirements from sellers and internal teams; translate into PRDs and specs.
• Own end-to-end technical integration of ISV/integrator solutions from API onboarding to go-live.
• Monitor platform health, data flows and post-launch reliability with engineering teams.
• Define requirements for CRM/listing/tools; evaluate and scale pilot deployments.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and scale operations.
• Set onboarding and release standards used by sellers, integrators and CS.
