Oxford Instruments Plc seeks a hands-on Marketing Performance and Operations Manager to build and lead regional capability across EMEAI. You will develop reliable data models, reporting processes and dashboards to show how marketing investment drives pipeline and revenue while improving data quality at source.
You will own substantial improvement programs, reconcile diverse data sources, and define trusted metrics for pipeline, attribution and spend.
We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Performance and Operations Manager to build and lead our regional capability across EMEAI. You will create a reliable view of how marketing investment generates pipeline, converts demand and contributes to revenue-while improving the systems, data and processes behind it. This is a hands‑on technical management role operating across legacy systems, inconsistent records and highly siloed datasets. The role maps underlying data structures, reconciles conflicting sources and builds repeatable reporting processes, while working with system owners to improve data quality at source. It must deliver useful insight within current constraints and establish a practical route to more reliable, connected data. You'll help us establish where demand comes from, whether it is genuinely new, what happens to it, where conversion breaks down and what our investment delivers. By understanding our data and systems you will be able to investigate those questions, challenge misleading conclusions and explain what the evidence does and doesn't support.
