Digital Marketing Manager
Salary – National Circa £50,000 / London Circa £60,000

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical marketer to take ownership of our end-to-end digital journeys for consumer wealth products. If you thrive in a collaborative, high-growth environment, and love turning insights into action, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
A bit about the job:
As Digital Marketing Manager in our Direct Wealth Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you’ll take the lead in mapping, analysing and optimising the full customer journey across our digital channels.
You’ll work with teams across Digital, Data and our Centres of Excellence (CoE) to ensure each step of the journey is effective, engaging and measurable. From designing test-and-learn initiatives to owning key performance dashboards and reporting, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering seamless experiences that convert and retain customers.
We’re in a period of ambitious growth in Direct Wealth, and we want someone who’s excited by the opportunity to innovate, scale and lead improvements.
