From our Bournemouth base, founder Alex Marriner and Head of Talent Delivery Kasia have created a recruitment firm that truly operates human-first, focusing on quality partnerships rather than transactional placements.

Having proven our model in the consumer space with clients like TRIP, Tentbox, and Ruggable, we're now expanding into the exciting world of B2B SaaS and AI. This isn't just a new vertical for us – it's a passionate commitment to supporting the companies that are reshaping how businesses operate through technology.

What You'll Do

As our B2B SaaS & AI Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you'll pioneer our expansion into this thriving sector. Working as a true 360 consultant, you'll build our client base from the ground up, establish Acquire Digital Talent as the go-to resource for marketing talent in the tech space, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

With Kasia's expert support on candidate research and qualification, you can focus on what you do best – building relationships and winning new business – while fully owning your deals and accelerating your growth trajectory.

Who We're Looking For

You bring at least 1-2 years of successful 360 recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to digital, marketing or technology sectors. More importantly, you're someone who genuinely cares about mastering your craft and who listens actively to understand the nuanced needs of both clients and candidates.

We're looking for someone who values partnership over transactions, who approaches every interaction with integrity, and who consistently delivers on promises. You take pride in excellence – not just in the placements you make, but in every email, call, and meeting that leads to them.

We believe recruitment is one of the most rewarding careers out there – you get to work with innovative brands and literally change people's lives by supporting their career journeys. The financial rewards can be exceptional. But we should be clear: this isn't an easy path. You'll face rejection, challenging conversations, and you'll need to invest significant energy to build your reputation within the B2B SaaS and AI space.

This isn't a strict 9-5 role where you can completely disconnect after hours. Candidates might need evening calls, clients may send important emails outside traditional working hours, and staying responsive (within reason) is simply part of building successful relationships in this industry.

While we don't expect you to work late every night, if you're looking for a job where you can completely switch off at 5pm, this isn't the right opportunity for you.
