We're not your typical recruitment agency. Founded in 2018 by Alex Marriner, Acquire Digital Talent was built with a clear vision: to create a human-first, specialist firm that genuinely impacts our clients' growth trajectories. Based in beautiful Bournemouth, we've established ourselves as experts in the DTC/CPG space, with a growing footprint in both the UK and US markets.

Our team may be small (currently just Alex and our Head of Talent Delivery, Kasia), but our ambitions are anything but. We're on track for significant expansion in the UK and US, with plans to even open a US office in the future – an opportunity you could potentially be part of.

As our new Marketing Recruitment Consultant (Consumer Team), you'll operate as a true 360 consultant, taking ownership of the entire recruitment cycle. You'll build relationships with exciting consumer brands, understand their unique needs, source exceptional candidates, and manage the entire process from initial contact to successful placement.

What makes this opportunity different is our unique structure. With Kasia focusing on talent delivery, you'll have expert support with candidate research and qualification – meaning you can concentrate on winning new business and growing even faster than in a traditional 360 role.

You're someone with 1-2+ years of 360 recruitment experience who understands what it takes to excel in this industry. Perhaps you've already specialised in digital or marketing recruitment – if so, fantastic! But what's more important is your drive to master your craft and build genuine partnerships with both clients and candidates.

You listen first and speak second, understanding that empathy is the foundation of successful recruitment. You're meticulous about following through on your promises and consistently deliver excellence in everything you do. Most importantly, you operate with complete integrity, valuing honest relationships over quick wins.

Let's be transparent – recruitment is incredibly rewarding, but it's not always easy. You'll need resilience to handle rejection and the determination to keep pushing forward. This isn't a standard 9-5 role where you can completely switch off at the end of the day. Candidates may need to speak after hours, clients might send important emails at 7pm, and building your reputation in your niche takes consistent effort. If you're looking for a job where you can clock in and clock out without thinking about work until the next day, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you're willing to put in the work, the professional and financial rewards can be extraordinary.
