Job summary

Portman Finance Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to own the campaign plan and drive high-quality sales leads for the group’s finance brands. The role requires strategic oversight of budget, channels, and creative content across email, direct mail, digital advertising, and events.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and report to the Chief Operating Officer from a central Northampton office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the marketing budget and marketing plan to generate high-quality sales leads.
• Oversee the email marketing programme.
• Oversee template emails for the sales team.
• Oversee the direct mail programme.
• Manage sector marketing, advertising and exhibitions.
• Oversight of digital advertising and PPC campaigns via the agency.
• Improve website and app as organic lead generation tools and campaign landing pages.
• Coordinate campaigns across channels and implement test-and-learn strategies.
• Review performance of each channel and initiative; report marketing analytics.
• Collaborate with Head of Brand to produce content aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice; direct social media content.
• Work with the Tech Team to evolve the CRM platform where necessary.
