Marketing Operations Lead, EMEA, Studio Business Group, SIE

As the Marketing Operations Lead in EMEA, you will oversee live service titles to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality campaign launches within EMEA. Your role will involve executing the live service go-to-market strategy aligned with our business goals, working closely with Development, Marketing, Publishing, and Creative teams to ensure successful releases while managing resources sustainably. You will forecast cross-functional resource needs, optimize processes, develop best practices, and drive stakeholder alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the Marketing lead to validate go-to-market plans and allocate resources appropriately.
  2. Serve as the single point of contact for the product GTM roadmap, managing resource forecasting and change management.
  3. Build strong relationships with Development and Publishing teams to advocate for product needs and ensure alignment and clarity on dependencies.
  4. Establish and lead cross-organizational working groups to execute GTM plans.
  5. Track all projects across concurrent live service campaigns.
  6. Manage team budgets in collaboration with Marketing and Finance.
  7. Hold teams accountable to GTM tactical plans and escalate issues as needed.
  8. Escalate resource conflicts and risks to leadership.
  9. Proactively mitigate risks and resolve misalignments between Publishing groups.
Required Skills
  1. Proven leadership experience in AAA game publishing.
  2. Strong production skills with the ability to develop collaboration, evaluation, and risk mitigation processes.
  3. Ability to evaluate creative, schedule, and business constraints.
  4. Effective leadership in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
  5. Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  6. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
  8. Process-driven with the ability to create and update processes.
  9. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
