• Budget ownership: manage financial administration, SOWs/POs, and invoicing.
• Event execution: coordinate internal and external events, manage logistics and hospitality.
• Team operations: diary management, meeting coordination, and minutes capture.
• HCP & agency liaison: PSA contracting and payments with agencies.
• Material management: support internal compliance and MAP/PromoMats processes.
