Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or life sciences or equivalent experience.
• Marketing qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of budget and financial administration (PromoMats/IFT), raise SOWs and POs, and track invoices.
• Coordinate internal and external events with the Brand team, manage logistics, venues, and hospitality.
• Provide day-to-day team operations support, diary management, meeting coordination, and minutes.
• Collaborate with Professional Relationship Manager for HCP support and PSA contracting; liaise with agencies for engagement documentation.
• Assist with internal compliance processes (PromoMats and MAP) and materials withdrawal; support onboarding.
