Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a Logistics & Operation Coordinator to join our team.

Role

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Marketing). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics and operations related to our marketing initiatives. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in operations, logistics, or project management is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Logistics: Work closely with the global marketing and operations teams to plan and execute logistics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and new initiatives.
  • Inbound Coordination: Maintain and update the inbound tracker to manage the flow of all componentry POs to global distribution hubs. Work with the global operations team to mitigate risks and communicate updates to the program management team.
  • Warehouse & Assembly Coordination: Create assembly guides for warehouse teams and maintain visibility of global assembly quotations for each campaign. Benchmark and validate costs prior to submission for approval.
  • Quality Control: Monitor EU quality checks to ensure componentry meets required standards for inclusion in campaign send-outs.
  • Courier Management: Update and maintain courier and carrier rate data to ensure cost-effective dispatch options.
  • Influencer Program Management: Support influencer campaigns by coordinating product shipments, maintaining strong communication, and resolving any logistical issues.
  • Database Management: Manage logistics, operations, and influencer databases. Ensure data accuracy and completeness (inventory levels, shipment details, influencer contacts), and use insights for reporting and decision-making.
  • Campaign Administration: Maintain campaign-related systems, including address updates in Tribe and operational queries within the “friends” mailbox. Prepare campaign overview presentations covering issues such as damages, returns, and incorrect addresses.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Excel and other tools to analyze logistics data and develop reports on KPIs, trends, and performance insights. Present findings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess logistics and operations workflows to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or project management—preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with logistics and inventory management systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
