Job summary

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate AI agents in real marketing work. You will design and pressure-test Marketing Operations environments, briefs, artifacts, and criteria that separate strong responses from plausible ones.

You should have hands-on marketing operations experience, with CRM/marketing automation fluency and exposure to AI training environments or simulated case studies. Strong written reasoning is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner in marketing operations.
• Fluent with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation.
• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments or simulated case studies preferred.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification preferred.
• Clear written reasoning; ability to explain why a decision is right.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs drawn from your real marketing operations work, including what is being tested.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required for the task.
• Write or review the reference answer and the criteria that separate strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge them against your own standard.
