Job summary

Mercor seeks a hands-on lifecycle/CRM marketing practitioner to design and pressure-test high-fidelity simulated work environments. You will shape briefs, artifacts, and evaluation criteria for marketing tasks across email, CRM, analytics, and ads.

You will specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states, and assess AI agent attempts against your standards, coordinating across multiple tools and data sources.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing.
• Experience owning sending programs and their incrementality.
• Clear written reasoning and justification for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and pressure-test lifecycle environments for marketing tasks.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas and tool states required.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standards.
• Work across tasks from diagnostics to reporting and multi-tool orchestration.
