Job summary

Obsidian is building high-fidelity simulated work environments to evaluate and improve AI agents in real marketing work. You will help design and pressure-test Marketing Operations environments: briefs, artifacts, judgment calls, and errors to catch strong practitioners.

Tasks span diagnosing from messy data, prioritizing, planning, QA, and multi-tool orchestration. Applicants bring hands-on marketing operations experience with routing rules and workflows, and fluency in CRM and project-tracking

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience in marketing operations and routing rules.
• Fluent with CRM systems (Salesforce) and workflow tools.
• Experience building AI training environments or simulated case studies.
• Certifications in Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs that test the planted issues and decision paths.
• Specify required documents, dashboards, personas and tool states.
• Write or review reference answers and evaluation criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standards.
