Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions in the United Kingdom is looking for a results-oriented marketing professional with 3–4+ years in broad marketing roles, ideally FMCG or consumer goods. You will drive digital campaigns, manage external agencies, and translate consumer insights into actionable plans.

This hybrid role offers a base salary of 42,000–48,000 pounds gross per year with eligibility for an annual bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4+ years in a broad marketing role in FMCG or consumer industry.
• Experience in digital marketing, media management, SEO, and performance campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior and data analytics tools.
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of KPIs, P&L, pricing and commercial performance.
• Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–4+ years of experience in a broad Marketing role, ideally within the FMCG or Consumer industry
• Proven experience in digital marketing, media management, SEO, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, customer insights, and data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
• Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen with a good understanding of KPIs, P&L management, pricing, and commercial performance.
• Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically, critically, and holistically.
