You will be responsible for developing the overall regional marketing strategic direction and initiatives to drive brand visibility, client engagement, and revenue growth in EMEA.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Lead, develop, and partner on the integrated marketing and communications strategy for EMEA, with a specific focus on developing regional marketing plans, developing and implementing brand and content marketing programs to increase awareness and generate leads.
  • Partner with business verticals in each market to understand their key business issues and assist with the development of strategically sound annual marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with all marketing functions – creative/brand, product, communications, digital, and events – to deliver against the business strategy and communication objectives.
  • Build and support the execution of annual marketing plans, considering market segmentation, targeting, brand positioning, product and solution positioning, and launches.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing team and other business verticals to implement global initiatives and marketing practices.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of EMEA marketing trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to maximize brand awareness and adoption within the region.

Operational

  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and deliver campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and campaign performance, and work with the team to optimize programs, accordingly, aligned to Global Marketing standards.
  • Manage end-to-end development process integrated campaign, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery and performance analysis.
  • Forecasting, budget management, and marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Marketing or Business Degree qualification (or similar).
  • Extensive experience with integrated marketing campaign strategy and program management.
  • Experience with B2B and/or Retail business is preferred.
  • Content strategy and thought leadership programmes (white papers, webinars, lead generation)
  • Brand positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Creative briefing and campaign management (end to end) from strategy > execution into market
  • Measurement and reporting. Proven experience to assess marketing performance and apply learnings to future campaign
  • Proven experience working with both in-house creative services and external agencies
  • Project management experience for integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • High EQ and people skills
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to tailor messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Integrated campaign and project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task to manage time and competing priorities to deliver effective outcomes.
  • Build collaborative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Adaptable and flexible mindset and approach in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience deploying data-driven, targeted communications.
