*Office based min 3 days per week in London
Our client, a leading global medical aesthetics brand, is seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to join their team in London.
Your role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will oversee and develop international marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth across global markets.
You will create and execute global brand strategies in the B2B and B2B2C segments for their aesthetic injectable brand.
Leading the talented Global Brand Team, you will ensure the development and delivery of the annual Global Brand Plan and strategic framework.
You will collaborate with internal departments such as R&D and sales to create, track, and adjust short- and long-term plans to meet company goals.
Additionally, you will develop and implement marketing and training tools for global and local teams.
Externally, you will build and maintain relationships with external agencies and KOLs.
You will gather company and competitor insights to inform campaign strategies and develop counter-competitive tactics.
You will support financial forecasting and develop metrics to measure campaign success.
You should be an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in delivering global strategic plans across diverse markets.
You must be degree educated in business or a medical field, with at least 2 years of experience in a global role within medical aesthetics, pharma, optical, or similar industries.
You need to be an experienced leader capable of managing teams globally.
