Sales & Marketing Manager, London, £60,000 + Bonus

I am super excited to be working with a premium hospitality group based in the heart of London who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team.The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the expansion of their external catering division driving growth across new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales strategy to grow revenue into new markets
• Win and onboard new clients across luxury and public sectors
• Personally manage major launches and key relationships
• Create and deliver a clear marketing and digital strategy
• Contribute to bid writing and commercial tenders
• Recruit and develop the team

Skills & Experience:

• Proactive sales experience with a strong London network
• Skilled at lead generation, closing deals, and managing pipelines
• Experience creating and delivering brand campaigns
• Confident in client-facing and leadership roles
• Creative, strategic, and highly organised
• Proactive self-starter who works well independently and in a team
