Job summary

A leading company in the electric mobility sector is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager for the EU market. The role involves developing marketing strategies to support distribution partners and drive lead generation across Europe. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in B2B marketing, fluency in English and German, and a passion for the e-mobility industry.

Qualifications

Senior Director, Product Marketing

What You Will Be Doing

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing channel marketing strategies that support our distribution and reseller partners who help sell our solutions across Europe. You will work closely with regional sales, marketing, and local channel partners to develop go-to-market strategies, drive lead generation, and optimise channel performance. Additionally, 20% of your time will be dedicated to developing and managing key partnerships (industry bodies, local organisations, key accounts) across these regions.

What You Will Bring To ChargePoint

  • Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute channel marketing programs to support partners in Germany, Austria, France, and the UK
  • Partner Enablement: Create marketing tools, sales enablement materials, and training programs to empower channel partners (Experience with channel/partner management tool such as Seismic a plus)
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with sales and product marketing to tailor messaging and campaigns for different partner segments
  • Lead Generation & Demand Creation: Develop joint marketing campaigns with channel partners to drive awareness and sales pipeline growth
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize channel marketing initiatives based on data-driven insights and KPIs
  • Event & Trade Show Management: Plan and support industry events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives
  • Partnership Development (20%): Identify and establish local partnerships that enhance our brand and drive business growth in key markets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel marketing within B2B technology, industrial, or hardware sectors preferred
  • Experience in channel partner enablement, marketing campaign execution, and lead generation within a channel ecosystem
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, sales cycles, and partner relationship management
  • Fluent in English and German (French is a plus).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Experience in e-mobility, automotive, or energy industries is a plus but not required
